Please note with our Plated Dinner with more than one entree option, the menu selections must be communicated to 501 Bar and Grill five business days prior to the event and all guests must have a placecard indicating their choice of entree.
Plated Dinners are subject to a 6% tax and 22% service fee. If China is to be provided by 501, there is an additional cost of $7.00/person, as well as a labor fee of $25.00/hour per employee present.
Catering Guidelines
Menu Planning
In addition to our printed menus, our kitchen I s able to customize any item for your event.  Your catering coordinator can assist you with every aspect of event planning for your function.
 
Gratuity/Service Fee
All food and beverage items are subject to a 22% service fee and 6% tax.
 
Attendance Guarantee
The guaranteed guest count is due 72 hours in advance of the event date. After that time, we are only able to accept increases in the guarantee. We will charge for the final guaranteed guest count or the actual attendance if it is greater than the guarantee.
If no verbal or written guarantee is received 3 business day in advance, the number of guests listed on the Catering Contract will prevail.
 
Outside Food and Beverage
All food and beverage served at event must be provided, and served by the Restaurant, with the exception of celebration cakes/cupcakes with applicable cutting fee.  All food and beverage must be consumed on Restaurant premises, no food or beverage may be removed from the property.

Per person pricing is set by the highest priced item selection.  All prices are subject to change. Our menus can be customized for your specific tastes and needs. Please inform your coordinator of any food allergies that your group or guests may have. Please note that meats, eggs or shellfish that are served raw or undercooked to your specification may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
